Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at returns@fadedicons.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom Builds — Final Sale

All custom and assembled helmets are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Each custom build is assembled specifically to your order based on your selected upgrades and specifications. Because these helmets are built one of one, we are unable to accept returns once production has begun. Please review your build selections carefully before submitting your request. Pre-Owned Helmets — Final Sale

All pre-owned helmets are sold as-is and are final sale. Condition details including any wear, scuffs, or cosmetic imperfections are disclosed in each individual product listing. Please review all condition notes and photos carefully before purchasing. We do not accept returns on pre-owned items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances: custom and assembled helmets, pre-owned helmets, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us with any questions about a specific item before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@fadedicons.com
