GENERAL
By accessing and placing an order through Faded Icons you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms of service. These terms apply to the entire website and any communication between you and Faded Icons.

PRODUCTS
All collectible helmets sold by Faded Icons are strictly for display purposes only. They are not certified for use in any athletic activity and should never be worn. Faded Icons reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.

PRICING
All prices are listed in US dollars. Faded Icons reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly if this occurs.

ORDERS
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified if your order is cancelled and any payment made will be refunded.

CUSTOM BUILDS
Custom build orders are final sale. Once work has begun on a custom piece we cannot accept cancellations or returns. By placing a custom build order you acknowledge that the piece is being created specifically for you and that all sales are final. Most custom builds ship within 1–2 weeks after payment. We will communicate with you throughout the process.

SHIPPING
Faded Icons ships within the United States only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been handed off for shipment. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@fadedicons.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

RETURNS
Licensed helmets may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is free. Custom builds, one-of-one pieces, and pre-owned helmets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@fadedicons.com with your order number. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Faded Icons name, logo, brand identity, website content, and original photography are the property of Faded Icons and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission. Riddell is a trademark of Riddell, Inc. All NFL and NCAA team names, logos, and helmet designs are the property of their respective leagues, teams, and licensing organizations. Some product images are provided by our suppliers and remain the property of their respective owners.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Original photography of Faded Icons custom builds and pre-owned helmets is produced by @HOVERJETPHOTOGRAPHY and is the property of Faded Icons. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this photography is strictly prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Faded Icons shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

CHANGES TO TERMS
Faded Icons reserves the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
