GENERAL

By accessing and placing an order through Faded Icons you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms of service. These terms apply to the entire website and any communication between you and Faded Icons.

PRODUCTS

All collectible helmets sold by Faded Icons are strictly for display purposes only. They are not certified for use in any athletic activity and should never be worn. Faded Icons reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.

PRICING

All prices are listed in US dollars. Faded Icons reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly if this occurs.

ORDERS

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified if your order is cancelled and any payment made will be refunded.

CUSTOM BUILDS

Custom build orders are final sale. Once work has begun on a custom piece we cannot accept cancellations or returns. By placing a custom build order you acknowledge that the piece is being created specifically for you and that all sales are final. Production time for custom builds may take up to three weeks. We will communicate with you throughout the process.

SHIPPING

Faded Icons ships within the United States only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been handed off for shipment. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours at support@fadedicons.com

RETURNS

Licensed helmets may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened and in original packaging. Custom builds and one of one pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. To initiate a return contact us at support@fadedicons.com with your order number.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Faded Icons website including images, product descriptions, logos, and brand identity is the property of Faded Icons and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission. All NFL and NCAA helmet designs are the property of their respective leagues, teams, and licensing organizations.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Product photography on this site is produced by @HOVERJETPHOTOGRAPHY and is the intellectual property of Faded Icons. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any product photography is strictly prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Faded Icons shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Faded Icons reserves the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
