Officially licensed Riddell collectible.

The throwback ILLINI design at its highest tier. This Riddell Speed Authentic delivers the arched navy and white block letter wordmark on a bright orange shell with genuine on field construction throughout, including game grade hardware, a Riddell branded chin strap, and the full gray facemask assembly built to collegiate specifications. The Riddell oval badge on the side confirms the authentic grade build, and the navy crown stripe holds with the precision that only authentic level construction produces consistently.

Where the replica gives you the design, the authentic gives you the build behind it, making this the right choice for Illinois collectors who want the throwback identity represented at the highest tier available. The arched ILLINI mark at this construction level is the definitive version of one of the more historically resonant helmet designs in the Big Ten.
