Officially licensed Riddell collectible.
The top of the Riddell lineup in Detroit colors. The Authentic SpeedFlex is the most technically advanced helmet construction Riddell produces, built to full NFL specifications with the signature flex panel at the front of the shell that defines the SpeedFlex silhouette and separates it from everything else at the authentic level. Honolulu blue shell, leaping lion decals on each side, white face mask, and engineering detail that makes this the helmet of choice for players who demand the highest level of on-field performance the game has to offer.
The flex panel is not a cosmetic feature. At authentic spec it is fully functional, structurally integrated into the shell in a way that reads immediately when you hold this helmet alongside anything else in the Lions catalog. The SpeedFlex authentic has a different presence than the Authentic Speed, a more contemporary silhouette, a more technically sophisticated build story, and a weight and finish that announce themselves on a shelf before anything next to them does.
Detroit is one of the most compelling franchises in the NFC right now and the Authentic SpeedFlex in Honolulu blue is the definitive current era Lions helmet at the highest level the market offers. For collectors who want the best version of the best moment this franchise has seen in a generation, this is where the collection ends.
