Details
The Darkness meets the most advanced helmet Riddell builds. The Authentic SpeedFlex brings the FLEX system to the Ravens blackest colorway, a combination that puts the pinnacle of helmet engineering inside a shell that already commands every room it enters. The FLEX construction allows the shell to give on impact in a way no traditional platform replicates, and that engineering distinction is what separates the SpeedFlex from every other format in the Riddell lineup regardless of colorway. In the Darkness alternate it takes on added weight. This is not just the most technologically advanced Ravens helmet available. It is the most visually arresting version of it as well.
Purple and gold logo work on an all black SpeedFlex shell finished to on field certification standards. Inflatable liner, full interior padding system, SpeedFlex facemask assembly, wearable and built to the same specifications that Baltimore's roster suits up in when the Darkness gets the call. Every detail that defines this alternate is present here, carried by a construction platform that represents the forward edge of what protective helmet technology currently looks like.
The Darkness tier has a ceiling. This is it.
Officially licensed by the NFL. Riddell Authentic SpeedFlex construction. Full size on field spec helmet.
